By engaging in any business activities with Dozma, including but not limited to hiring our graphic and web design services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment Terms: 

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before work can commence. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to final file handover. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Intellectual Property: 

Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment, the client will own the rights to the final approved design(s). However, Dozma retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Revisions and Modifications: 

We strive to ensure client satisfaction and will provide a reasonable number of revisions within the scope of the project. Additional revisions or major modifications outside the agreed scope may be subject to extra charges.

Project Schedule: 

Both parties agree to work collaboratively to adhere to the project timeline. Delays caused by the client, including but not limited to late feedback or content delivery, may result in a revised timeline and potential additional costs.

Confidentiality: 

We value the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. Any information shared during the project will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

By agreeing to engage in services provided by Dozma, you acknowledge and accept that you will be accountable and liable for any misinformation or inaccuracies in the content and spelling provided. We will provide opportunities for you to review the work throughout the revision process, and it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the provided materials. Any further changes requested beyond the final approval of the designs will be subject to additional charges. If you wish to incorporate additional design elements or scope changes, these will be assessed and billed separately, in addition to the package price as specified in the proposal agreement.
